Pour me a cup of nostalgia.

I happened across this classic Maxwell House spot today. It’s corny by today’s standards. However, such messages are integral to the brand’s enduring strength. The music lets me feel the pulse of the percolator. I can almost taste the coffee in the close-up. The message still sells. (I even yearn for the antique cup and saucer.) My next coffee purchase? One I know will be “good to the last drop.”
